Overview:

PDM Products is seeking a motivated person to join our 32-year-old company as a Production Associate for architectural/interior sign manufacturing. This position is available immediately. We are growing and seeking a motivated team member to learn and grow with us! Applicants must have an understanding of and experience in sign manufacturing in an office/job shop environment. Prior work experience in a sign shop, operating sign making equipment and have an understanding of sign production is required. We are willing to provide on the job training with our equipment for the right person with sign production experience. Duties include day-to-day sign industry production tasks, including but not limited to: Safely Operating & Assist in Maintaining Equipment – 5×10′ CNC, 4’x8′ Laser, Universal Laser, Mimaki UV Printer, ADA Braille Equipment & Technology, Edge Polishing Machine and basic shop equipment including table saw, panel saw, power tools, ruler, level Physical construction and assembly of signs Assit in maintaining & organizing warehouse Ability to lift 40 lbs. Working in a team environment with a positive attitude Paying close attention to detail, capable of producing high-quality work
