Do you have excellent machine operation experience and enjoy paying very close to attention to detail? Do you have previous leadership/supervision experience, or the ability/ drive to move into a leadership role? This job could be for you! Our client in Winder is looking to hire a Production Lead/Supervisor to their team of about 8 production associates/machine operators. Must have machine operation experience as well as some forklift experience. Please upload resume if interested!

salary:

$20 – $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Will be the Lead/Supervisor for the warehouse of about 8 other machine operators. This is a hands-on position. Must be ok running a machine or driving a forklift as needed. Will be leading others, making sure people stay on task, managing the production of the plant, etc. This client makes wood products (doors, cabinets, etc.) so must have very good measurement/math skills. Must be able to read a tape measure down to 1/10 of an inch. Attention to detail required! The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs Skills
Supervisor/Coach (1 year of experience is required)
machine operation (5 years of experience is required)
measuring (5 years of experience is required)
math skills (5 years of experience is required)
forklift (1 year of experience is required)
