Production & Shipping Assistant Vision Door & Millwork 2525 Pio Nono Avenue, Macon, GA 31206 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production and Shipping Clerk to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring that goods are produced and shipped accurately and efficiently, working directly with the shipping & production leaders. This role requires strong product knowledge, door unit BOMs, warehouse operations, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties Verify incoming shipment paperwork against purchase orders and packing slips. Prepare paperwork for production. Verify paperwork returned from production and update any changes to BOM. Prepare paperwork outgoing shipments. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies. Coordinate with sales staff related to production and shipping timing. Experience Previous experience in a door shop or related industry is preferred. Ability to learn and efficiently operate computer system. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
