Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Operates production machinery in accordance with engineering specifications and safety requirements per setup sheets. Assigned machines may include extrusion tools and a list of raw materials designated by design.
Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
Follow the production schedule precisely.
Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
Maintains logs and records of daily production actual versus goal.
Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance. (TPM)Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Performs checklist before starting.
Keepworking environment clean and organized (5S).Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High school diploma or equivalentMust read, write, and speak English.
Operator must be able to follow instructions.
Operators must be able to interpret production orders.
Any other job duties as assigned.
