CATACEL PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Responsibilities Efficiently perform production operationsaccording to Work Instructions (Standard Operating Procedures) Perform in-process monitoring and recording of product quality Report up deviations in product from established standards Follow safe work and good housekeeping practices and report anyunsafe conditions and incidents Make recommendations for continuous improvement Use basic hand and power tools Take on any other duties which are within the employee’s skills andabilities whenever reasonably instructed SCOPE Focuses on daily shift activities and the completion of individualtasks Works to clearly defined rules and instructions, involvingrepetitive situations Works under close supervision with clear instructions and limitedroom to deviate Work effort is on mechanical manufacturing processes with acombination of HMI and manual steps Special Factors Noise levels 70•80 dBA Temperature 60•100 degrees F Regularly lift and/or move up to 5 pounds, occasionally lift and/ormove up to 25 pounds, and infrequently lift and/or move up to 50pounds Regularly required to stand and/or walk, use hand to handle or feelobjects, tools, or controls Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel,crouch, or crawl
