Duties Operate and monitor production machinery, including milling machines and CNC equipment, to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality checks. Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials as needed throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred. Familiarity with milling machines and assembly line processes is highly desirable. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is an advantage. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
