The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process by assisting with various tasks related to materials handling, assembly, and machining. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and safety while working collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals. Duties Assist in the assembly of components on the assembly line, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Operate machinery such as presses and other equipment as needed, following all safety protocols. Handle materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization within the manufacturing facility. Utilize tools such as calipers for precise measurements during production processes. Support programming tasks for machinery when required, demonstrating an understanding of basic programming principles. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operations on the production floor. Follow GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) guidelines to ensure product specifications are met consistently. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with materials handling and assembly processes is advantageous. Basic knowledge of machining practices and tooling is beneficial for this role. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers is a plus. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes within the manufacturing sector.
