Production Operator III – 1st shift Position Available In Cobb, Georgia

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join ourteam for the 1st shift. This position involves working from 6:00 AMto 2:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM onFriday, with one mandatory weekend shift on the last Saturday ofeach month. Key Responsibilities Follow daily schedules for eachline to ensure timely running of orders. Set up lines withnecessary machinery, raw materials, and packing supplies. Schedulesetups to minimize downtime between order packaging. Preparemachine parts, raw materials, and packaging in advance. Executesetups quickly and efficiently to reduce non-value-added time. Meetongoing packaging requests for long runs from Assemblers/Fillers.

Clean and store parts daily following 5S principles. Maintaincleanliness and presentation of tank interiors and exteriors.

Periodically change tank contents to maintain effectiveness.

Operate a forklift to move, set up, and store bulk materials.

Maintain and clean the designated setup area in Maintenance. Complywith Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and proceduresat all times. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Atleast one year of directly applicable experience. Proficient inreading, writing, and communicating in English. Ability tointerpret and follow instructions from operational manuals, companyprocedures, and guidelines. Basic knowledge of mathematics,including percentages, fractions, and decimals, for settingequipment flow rates and volume specifications. Ability to use handand power tools with or without reasonable accommodation. Possessmechanical skills and abilities for setup, maintenance, and partscleaning tasks. May be required to obtain and retain a forkliftoperator’s certificate. Able to use and wear all required PPEequipment and clothing with or without reasonable accommodation.
