We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Car Manufacturing Workers. The successful candidates will assist in the assembly, quality control, and general production of vehicles in a manufacturing setting. This position is ideal for those who are eager to start a career in the automotive industry and want to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble vehicle components on a production line following established processes and quality standards. Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently. Conduct quality checks on parts and finished vehicles to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and report any safety hazards or equipment issues. Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and products as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. Strong work ethic and reliability. Basic mechanical skills or familiarity with tools is advantageous. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime and shift work if necessary.
