Duties include, but not limited to:
- Support production process optimization and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues;
- Ensure product quality and compliance with manufacturing standards;
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions;
- Assist in designing and modifying production workflows;
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements;
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of engineering activities; and
- Participate in training and development for production staff.
Job Requirements:
An associate’s degree in engineering preferred AND at least 6 months of experience.
