Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Baitjunkys LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machines to produce high-quality components while ensuring adherence to safety standards and production schedules. Responsibilities Set up and operate machinery according to specifications and production requirements. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment operation. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and precision measuring instruments. Ability to operate forklifts is a plus, but not required.
