Your profile:
You’re excited to learn and grow in a hands-on role Open to working in areas like Sorting, Turning, Grinding, Finishing, Quality Assurance, or a combination Ready to participate in training held on 1st shift for at least 2 weeks Your tasks: Meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards Measure and inspect parts for blueprint accuracy using precision tools Communicate key details during daily shift changeovers Complete and verify all required paperwork Prepare and check containers, ensuring correct labels and part counts Perform quality control checks in line with the Control Plan Adjust machines when needed and record changes as required Keep the workspace safe, clean, and well-organized Take on additional responsibilities as assigned Your benefits:
