Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Specialist to join their team. As a Production Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What’s the Job?
• + Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and productively. + Load and unload raw goods and finished products as needed. + Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met. + Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the work area. + Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• + No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. + Ability to work the third shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM. + Strong commitment to safety and quality in the workplace. + Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors. + Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
