Fairburn, GA LED Lighting Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to join our team in Fairburn, GA. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to produce high-quality signage and materials for the traffic and safety industry. You will be responsible for ensuring every piece meets our strict standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and optimize file setups for print production to maximize material efficiency and accuracy. Perform cutting, laminating, and mounting of materials to support the assembly of finished products. Operate and maintain laser cutting equipment for precise fabrication of custom signs. Assist in integrating lighting components into select products during the final stages of production. Collaborate with production team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working with production equipment; experience with laser cutting is a plus. Basic computer skills; familiarity with file setup and optimization is preferred. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
