Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Duties Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment on set Help organize props, gear, and production materials Run errands and support crew needs during shoots Maintain organization and cleanliness of production spaces Support pre-production logistics such as scheduling, printing call sheets, and coordinating crew Assist with inventory checks and equipment prep Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; film/media coursework is a plus Prior experience on set or in a production environment preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to take direction and work well under pressure Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Join our team as a Production Assistant, where your contributions will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow within our organization!
