Help keep your team safe by making sure PPE is used and safety rules are followed Keep jobs on track by organizing tasks and helping meet production goals Lead by example—coach and support others with a positive attitude Make sure your area has the right materials and supplies to stay running smoothly
Requirements:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience using tools and equipment in a manufacturing setting Able to read work instructions, blueprints, and help teammates understand them too Good communication and patience when working with others Comfortable doing basic math and using measurements Willing to learn and use hand tools, measuring devices, and power tools (training provided) A problem-solver who can stay calm and focused under pressure Able to manage time and keep things moving on schedule This is a great fit for someone who’s dependable, takes pride in their work, and wants to take on more responsibility.
