As a Solderer-2nd Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. $17.00/hourly What’s the Job? Perform soldering operations using open flame techniques to ensure true and leak-free solder joints. Operate from Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet production goals. Conduct quality control checks and reject non-conforming products. Assist in troubleshooting soldering equipment and provide on-the-job training to new employees. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles. What’s Needed? Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of prior soldering experience. Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods. Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, if required.
