Gainesville, GA Job Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting the line lead and supervisor in various production-related tasks, including conducting Infinity system checks, monitoring quality control processes, entering data, performing M3 system functions, and assisting with employee activities such as training and exercises. The role requires flexibility to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform Infinity system checks and accurately input floor loss data. Use M3 software to issue production materials. Coordinate tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of all responsibilities. Support supervisors in facilitating employee exercises, GMP training sessions, and break schedules. Perform additional duties as requested or assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible to work 5 to 7 days per week, including overtime as needed without prior notice. Strong attendance and punctuality record.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Moderate physical effort is required. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and manual handling of materials. Ability to climb stairs and bend as necessary. Must be able to work in a refrigerated production environment (approx. 40°F). Safety glasses must be worn at all times. Work is performed primarily on the production floor.
