Role and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manual machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and product quality Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery Ensure compliance with safety regulations an company standards. Collaborate with engineer and production teams to meet project requirements Maintain accurate records or production, materials, and maintenance logs Assist in training junior machinists or apprentices as needed Manage the raw material inventory, tools, and etc. using company computerized system
Skill and Qualifications:
