Job Summary:
Join a dynamic manufacturing team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency. The Manufacturing Production Operator is responsible for maintaining production flow, operating machinery, handling materials, packaging, and ensuring the quality of products on the floor. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to work independently, and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and perform tasks such as batching, mixing, packing, tagging, and material handling. Load/unload machines, ensure proper labeling, and maintain production efficiency. Monitor quality, perform visual inspections, and report any process interruptions or defects. Use tools such as tape measures, utility knives, and hand tools for machine setup and maintenance. Maintain clean and organized work areas; perform daily housekeeping. Support safety programs including SMATs, 5S standards, WCM projects, and audits. Accurately record production data and maintain inventory records. Assist and cooperate with team members and participate in training efforts.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ year experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Must be detail-oriented and physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. Comfortable using a tape measure and hand tools. Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Must pass drug test, education verification, and legal right-to-work verification (I-9/E-Verify). Willingness to wear proper PPE and comply with dress code requirements.

Note:
