What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
1+ years of experience operating a press brake and various CNC/manual machines
Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
Experience with machine setup and a range of machining operations from simple to complex
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Solid understanding of metal fabrication concepts, safety, and quality standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts
What You’ll Do as a
Press Operator:
Set up and operate press brake machines and related equipment
Utilize various shop tools and perform routine maintenance as required
Conduct dimensional inspections and ensure quality standards are met
Detect and report defective materials or safety concerns
Support other production operations as needed based on workflow
