Production Operator Position Available In Spalding, Georgia

Responsible for operation / assisting on equipment including but not limited to; following all established policies and procedures in regards to safety, quality, productivity, box making, roll loading / unloading and housekeeping standardsResponsible for working safely, cleanly and ethically. Follow all plant PPE requirements, safety rules and policies. Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately.

Responsible for maintaining general area housekeeping and recording its completion in the daily cleaning logs.

Responsible for following all GMPs to assure food product safety.

Performs finished quality inspections and packaging.

Makes boxes, loads and unloads rolls and creates tractability labels.

Responsible for reading and understanding work order to meet product requirements.

Performs first piece quality checks, hourly roll quality checks: such as, width, footage test, core length, packaging and other quality inspections in accordance with Production Work OrdersAbility to perform or assist CO IIs in changeovers, and getting production lines in operation and make minimal machine adjustments to maintain quality requirementsResponsible for completing and supplying accurate production paperwork to shift supervisor.

Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work area including completion of cleaning logs and general area housekeeping.

All other assignments, general and specific, as directed by Supervision
