Production Management Specialist
Duties Include, but not limited to:

• Utilize ERP production management program to manage the overall supply chain activities, including production planning, scheduling, sequencing, process monitoring, and on-time product delivery.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules for finished goods, after-service parts, and imported components based on demand forecasts.
• Support the development and implementation of production control systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to the administration of production control functions, including tracking KPIs, safety compliance, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Identify, analyze, and assist in resolving production-related issues to ensure smooth workflow and minimal disruption.
• Establish and maintain process control procedures to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to standards.
• Continuously monitor and suggest improvements to existing production processes and systems to drive operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or closely related field AND 1 year of experience.
