We are seeking dedicated Assembly Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing tasks in your assigned work area safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner while adhering to our company’s core values and guidelines.

Shift:

6:30am – 6:00pm 2nd

Shift:

6:30pm – 6:00am

Essential Functions:

+ Follow policies and procedures. + Comply with certification standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001). + Maintain a respectful and professional environment while collaborating with team members. + Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean workspace following the 5S philosophy. + Understand and apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). + Achieve production output while ensuring quality standards and effectively transitioning between model changeovers. + Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. + Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties effectively.

Education:

+ High School diploma or GED required.
