Job Description
Part-time -Resize- As a part-time worker, you will be assigned to work rotationally floating between Assembly/Resize, Fabrication, Finishing and other departments as assigned. Trainers will be assigned to assist in the learning process.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age and/or enrolled in the Work Based Learning Program (Thomas County or Thomasville City Schools) Fine motor dexterity skills required to maintain quality and productivity Basic problem-solving and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills; Conflict resolution skills Written and verbal communication skills Able to multi-task, adaptable and an analytical thinker Able to utilize Micrometers, gauges, and other hand-tools for measuring and inspecting Able to read and following instructions outlined in production documents
Work Shifts:
Candidates can choose the following shifts: 10:00 TO 2:00 M-F or T,W,Th 7:00 Am to 3:30 pm
Pay:
