We’re looking for an individual who is ready to lead a team in our Night Shift Production Receiving Department. Must-haves to apply for this job: Physically able to perform essential job functions (heavy workflow and lift up to 50 lbs) Able to climb stairs and stand for long periods of time Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Possess basic computer skills (Outlook, Oracle, MS Teams) and the ability to learn production software Ability to pass a drug test, background check and physical In this job, you’ll do things like: Never get bored operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of highly sophisticated food packing machines, like Stretch Wrap and Palletizer Input appropriate inventory data into the manufacturing system Knowledge of a production schedule format, production receiving sticker system, product rotation, cycle counts, and inventory counts General clerical duties including receiving sales order confirmations, figuring pallet configurations to fit containers, updating export order allocation board and performing all quality checks Lead, inspire, motivate, and develop your team members through constant communication, holding regularly scheduled 1:1s, performing the annual performance management process with each team member and ensuring all team members are properly trained and cross-trained Other great stuff about this job: Typical shifts are: Monday through Friday (subject to change depending on production needs) Uniquely generous benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k savings plan with company match and potential profit-sharing What will give you an edge: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years warehouse or relevant work experience Prior supervisor or management experience Experience working in computerized production and inventory systems with accurate and timely data entry, or the ability to learn a computerized system/paperwork quickly Experience working night shift From our home on Avery Island, Louisiana, McIlhenny Company produces TABASCO® Brand products, including the legendary TABASCO® Original Red Sauce.
