⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Pastry Production Team Member -GRACIOUS BAKERY (new orleans) gracious bakery compensation: based on experience, PTO employment type: job title: pastry production assistant Want to learn more about pastry? We are seeking a early-morning loving, qualified, dedicated pastry candidate to grow with us. We want to work with someone as passionate about learning the foundation of pastry work as we are! From-scratch croissants, doughnuts, breads, sweet doughs, muffins, quickbreads, scones and more are all made by hand in a large production kitchen. Must be able to take direction, be comfortable working in large volumes, work cleanly, efficiently, and have a sense of urgency. Early mornings are a part of being in pastry. We are looking forward to teaching you what we know! If you invest in us, we will invest in you. No evenings. Benefits include up to 2 weeks paid time off per year accrued hourly.
