Job Description:
We’re seeking a motivated Production Assistant to help with the day-to-day operations in our cake ball production process. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a collaborative team that values creativity, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with rolling, dipping, and decorating cake balls Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow recipes and production guidelines accurately Package and prepare products for wholesale orders Lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs Perform simple math for measuring and inventory purposes Support team members and maintain a positive team environment Help with inventory, prep, and cleanup as needed
Schedule:
Flexible schedule; Monday-Thursday (sometimes on Fridays): No Weekends. We work 8-3.
