- Second Week Shifts will rotate 1st / 2nd week indefinitely

Qualifications:
High schooldiploma or equivalent. 1-2 years Production experience Ability towork a flexible schedule as needed Basic reading, writing, and mathskills
Responsibilities:
The Production Lead is responsible for thestaffing set up and operation of the bottling lines to meetproduction standards and customer expectations. Together with theProduction Manager, the Production Lead is responsible for theproper training and development of the production line personnel.
Essential Job Duties:
Ensure training and orientation of productionemployees in accordance with published Lesson Plans. Provides inputand participates in employee performance reviews. Overseesproduction lines to ensure that quality product is being producedin a safe manner. Maintains safe and clean workshop, follows safetyguidelines. Reports all emergencies, injuries, and productionincidents immediately to Production Manager. All other duties asassigned.
GMP & PPE
Required While on the production floor in theplant you will be required to follow and help to enforce all GMPregulations in the plant. Anyone entering the production floor mustfollow the GMP rules in their employee handbook, which includes therequired hairnets, beard nets, and earplugs. It is also requiredthat all personnel wear safety glasses and slip resistant safetyshoes. Follows standard operating procedures including qualitychecks and procedures for all operations. Meets food safety andquality objectives and the requirements of the SQF System.
