General Production Worker E2 Group North Attleboro, MA 02760 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Worker to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment, including forklifts and power tools, to assist in the production process. Participate in assembly line tasks, ensuring products are assembled accurately and efficiently. Fabricate components as needed, following specifications and quality standards. Utilize hand tools effectively to perform repairs and adjustments on machinery. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or factory setting. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is preferred. Experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in fabrication and assembly tasks. Ability to work effectively on an assembly line while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and processes related to production activities.
