The Manufacturing Specialist is providing critical support toProduction, driving operational efficiency, improving productquality, and contributing to the successful manufacturing ofhigh-precision products. This role is focused on optimizingproduction processes and ensuring targets are consistently met.

Collaborating across departments, the specialist is helping tomaintain high quality standards, improve schedule adherence andstreamline product flow. Client Details The company specializes inprecision motion control technology, and is known for itshigh-precision gears and drive systems. With a focus on engineeringexcellence, they provide innovative solutions for variousindustries including robotics, aerospace, medical, and automation.

Description In this role you will report to the ManufacturingEngineering Manager and be responsible for: Troubleshootingmachinery and process issues on the shop floor as identified bymachine shop personnel and manufacturing engineers Working hands-onwith CNC lathes, machining centers, gear-cutting machines, andother equipment Collaborating with manufacturing engineers, designengineers, quality control, supervisors, and operators to enhanceproductivity and product quality Participating in root causeanalysis and implementing corrective actions for quality issuesAssisting in training machine operators on company procedures andspecific job requirements Profile The successful candidate willhave: Associates degree or equivalent CAD/CAM drawing / design /dimensioning familiarity 2 years of CNC machining experience
