Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical assembly of components using hand tools and work instructions Carry out finishing operations including light deburring, part cleaning, and surface prep Operate basic production and finishing equipment as needed Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations following 5S and safety guidelines Accurately document work progress and production data in internal systems Assist with various tasks as needed to support overall production flow Why You’ll Want to

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED (required) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required—training provided Ready to roll up your sleeves and build something meaningful?
