Danvers, MA 01923 $18/ hour First shift Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with various tools and machinery. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards. Duties Operate and maintain machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility. Assemble components on the assembly line, ensuring accuracy and quality in every step of the process. Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication tasks, demonstrating proficiency in their use. Conduct routine inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products within the warehouse. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing facility is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power tools and hand tools. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is an advantage.
