Key Responsibilities Foam Pouring & Shaping:

Pour foam materials according to specifications, ensuring proper consistency and structure.

Trimming & Finishing:

Cut and trim foam to precise dimensions, maintaining accuracy and quality in every piece produced.

Work Area Maintenance:

Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials. Maintain an efficient workflow and adhere to safety protocols.

Quality Control:

Inspect foam products for defects or in consistencies, making necessary adjustments to meet production standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, assist with other tasks as needed, and maintain a smooth operation within the department.

Precision Mixing:

Must be able to read and understand numbers, accurately match the correct ratio from the mold, and enter the appropriate settings into the gun for proper foam application. Qualifications & Skills Prior experience working with foam materials or in a manufacturing environment.
