Inventory Coordinator Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

Inventory Coordinator 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Burlington, MA 01803 Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is currently seeking a Material/Inventory Coordinator. This position will oversee job priorities on the manufacturing floor, manage casting shipments to external suppliers, and coordinate special insert jobs in production.

Responsibilities:

Track and follow up on Non-Conforming Material issues (NCMRs) Assist the Material Control Analyst with validating and recounting daily cycle counts Kit materials and jobs to the manufacturing floor Process job and material transactions on the production floor Complete tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of warehouse experience Strong computer skills Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; Oracle experience is a plus Knowledge of expediting, quality/continuous improvement initiatives, manufacturing safety practices, and MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness in own work Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills Knowledge of company hazards and adherence to FDA and other regulatory safety standards Ability to work in variable environments (e.g., reduced lighting, increased noise, temperature fluctuations, and unpleasant odors)
