Line Leader Production Department:

Production Position Summary:

The LineLeader oversees daily operations on the production line, ensuringquality, efficiency, and safety. This role requires hands-on knowledgeof all production positions and demonstrates leadership potential.

KeyResponsibilities:

Follow the daily production schedule to ensureconsistent, high-quality output. Monitor and adjust equipment to ensureproduct specifications are met. Document key production Ensure teammembers have necessary tools and training. Act as a backup productionworker when needed. Report issues and updates to the supervisorpromptly. Train staff on quality, safety, GMPs, and allergen protocols.

Competencies:

Basic understanding of ingredients, formulations, andequipment operation. Ability to evaluate product quality and makenecessary adjustments. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, andproduction standards. Strong communication, teamwork, andproblem-solving skills.

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercialbaking preferred. Familiarity with Mixer, Machine Operator. BasicEnglish literacy and math skills. Some supervisory experience is a plus.

Supervisory Duties:

Lead a diverse, multilingual team on the productionfloor.

Regulatory Responsibilities:

Participate in safety initiativesand inspections. Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

Physical Demands:

Frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, standing,walking, and pushing heavy equipment. Work in varying temperatures (hotand cold environments).

Work Environment:

Exposure to loud noise andtemperature extremes.
