Manufacturing Associate (part of Allegis Group) 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Watertown, MA 02477 “`Job Summary“` We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Associate to support the production of cutting-edge cell therapy products in a regulated GMP environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about contributing to life-changing therapies and who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on manufacturing of cell therapy products in compliance with GMP standards, SOPs, and safety protocols. Accurately document all production activities and maintain thorough records for traceability and compliance. Ensure production areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary materials and supplies. Participate in the review and revision of batch records, procedures, and materials lists. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices. Assist in drafting and updating manufacturing documentation and protocols. Monitor and maintain equipment functionality, including basic troubleshooting and adherence to operational guidelines. Log all activities in appropriate systems, including forms, reports, and databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement corrective actions. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; additional technical training or education is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in GMP manufacturing within biotech or pharma. 2-4 years of experience in GMP manufacturing within biotech or pharma. Experience with cell therapy manufacturing is highly preferred; experience with biologics required if no direct cell therapy background. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with controlled document systems. Ability to follow safety protocols and perform tasks in a compliant manner after training. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and walking extensively throughout the facility. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
