Manufacturing Line Lead, 2nd Shift Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

Overview The Manufacturing Line Lead 2nd Shift reports to the Production Manager and helps in performing all tasks involved in the production of Repligen’s fluid management products including production tasks such as kitting of parts, cutting of tubing and polymer film, reading design drawings, performing basic and complex assembly techniques, executing detailed visual inspections, operating manual and automated machinery, and completing packaging and labeling activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the department’s safety, quality, and production goals are met. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers. Enforce safety regulations and ensure the work area is clean and organized. Ensure production goals, schedules, and quality standards are met. Train, coach, and mentor production team members. Monitor workflow and make real-time adjustments to meet production targets. Inspect products for quality assurance and report defects or inconsistencies. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments (maintenance, quality, engineering). Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking. Identify and report equipment issues or process inefficiencies. Maintain production records, logs, and reports.

Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience HS Diploma or equivalent Prior leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred. ERP experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Office tools required Due to the nature of the work and compliance with safety protocols/regulations, fluency in English (reading and writing) is required.
