Burlington, MA Direct-Hire $45760.00 – $45760.00 Onsite Job Description We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client a leading medical device manufacturer in Burlington, MA that is hiring a Medical Device Production Associate for a permanent, full-time position. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in microscope inspection, cleanroom procedures, and packaging to join a growing team with room for advancement.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 1st Shift Pay rate range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed quality inspections of medical devices using a microscope
Clean product components using isopropyl alcohol
Pouch and seal sterile items according to process requirements
Label and prepare packaged products for shipment
Follow cleanroom protocol and maintain cleanliness standards
Complete production documentation and inspection records accurately
Support other production-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment preferred
Comfortable working with small components and using a microscope
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Familiarity with medical device or FDA-regulated environments a plus
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation
