Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Operator to support the assembly and testing of light electronic components in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. This role is essential in maintaining high-quality standards and efficient workflow as part of a dynamic production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute production processes to assemble and test electronic products.
• Use test fixtures and equipment, including USB connections and pneumatic tools.
• Identify and report discrepancies in product quality or safety concerns.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Disassemble, move, assemble, and package light materials per work instructions.
• Work from work orders, SOPs, drawings, and traveler documents.
• Ensure all documentation is current and complies with regulatory standards.
• Support labeling, data entry, and material transactions within ERP systems.
• Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment compliant with medical device standards.
• Collaborate in small teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• May assist with shipping, receiving, or quality control tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment; medical device or electronics background preferred
• Experience with mobile/touchscreen devices is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of regulatory environments (FDA, ISO, GMP)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally, and 5-20 lbs frequently
• Frequent reaching above shoulders; occasional reaching below the waist
