Summary We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our team at National Resource Management. In this role, you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process of our energy-efficient refrigeration systems. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to provide effective solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce utility costs for our customers. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly of refrigeration units and components according to specifications. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Previous experience in manufacturing or factory work is a plus.
