Full-Time, Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. InMetal is a precision sheet metal fabricator. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Production Worker for our shop. This position involves assisting in various stages of production, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Job Responsibilities- THIS

Production Support:
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and operation of machinery used in the sheet metal fabrication process. Load and unload materials and products as needed. Assist with deburring, graining, hardware insertion, and assembling sheet metal components. Help in the assembly of finished products by following safety and quality guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
Material Handling:
Move and transport materials to different workstations and areas as directed. Perform inventory checks and assist with stock management. Ensure proper handling and storage of sheet metal and other materials.
Safety and Maintenance:
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Report any machinery issues, safety hazards, or maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing/ labor-intensive role is required Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery is preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively Strong work ethic and reliability
