Must be able to:

• Operate machinery in multiple work cells, including spray drier, furnaces, screener, mixers, ovens and extruder
• Complete batch sheets to document production data
• Perform simple calculations to ensure quality of product being produced
• With training, operate fork lift, man lift, and overhead cranes
• Work in confined space environment
• Follow lock out/ tag out procedures
• Follow all company work and safety rules
• Troubleshoot potential manufacturing failures or quality issues
• Follow escalation process for any concerns
• Read & interpret Safety Data Sheets & identify hazardous materials
• Follow a flexible work schedule, including unplanned overtime
• Wear proper protective equipment at all times
• Lift 50 lbs
• Utilize basic hand and power tools

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred, but we will train the right person
• Have knowledge of working with Personal Protective Equipment such as Tyvek, respirators, safety glasses, and ear protection
• Have knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
• Basic math skills
