Position Overview The Customer Service and Production Support Specialist is a dynamic role that combines customer service with hands-on production work. In this role, you will spend half of your day providing excellent customer service, including answering calls, assisting customers with inquiries, managing order requests, and online/email order assistance. The other half of your day will be dedicated to supporting our production and roasting team. Such tasks include helping with coffee flavoring, production, and fulfilling online orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The ideal candidate will enjoy variety in their daily responsibilities and possess a passion for both customer satisfaction and quality production processes.

Job Duties & Responsabilities Customer Service :

Answer incoming customer calls and emails, providing prompt and professional assistance. Process customer orders Make outbound calls to confirm and follow up on customer orders Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team. Production and Fulfillment Support Assist the production team in the flavoring of coffee, and packaging of coffee. Help fulfill online orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments in a timely manner. Ensure that all production and fulfillment activities meet company standards for accuracy and quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

Skills and Abilities Required:
Customer Service Skills :

Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Computer Skills :

Comfortable with data entry, order processing systems, email, and basic software (e.g., Microsoft Office, order management systems) to handle customer inquiries and order tracking. Familiar with online e-commerce systems is a plus. Attention to

Whether assisting customers, handling orders, or working with coffee flavoring in production, attention to detail is necessary to maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Problem-Solving Abilities :

Capable of identifying issues, both in customer interactions and production tasks, and finding solutions quickly to maintain smooth operations.

Teamwork :

Ability to collaborate effectively with both the customer service and production teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow across departments.
