• The BASS Team is seeking a motivated
• Production Associate
• tojoin our client’s team. As a Production Associate, you will play acrucial role in the manufacturing process, assisting in fabricatingmaterials and assembling those with electronic components to build theirproducts in a collaborative environment.
• This is a Full-time,Direct-hire opportunity with a great schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 amto 3:30 pm. Summer early-out on Fridays available and possible optionsfor a 4-day work week.

• Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble parts to produce high-quality electronicsproducts
• Perform assembly tasks, including soldering and use of hand tools
• Read and interpret data from measuring instruments, blue prints
• Learn various aspects of production operations

• Qualifications:

• Experience with hand tools and ability to read blueprints preferred
• Wants to learn! Quick learner with flexibility to cross-train and workin different production areas
• Troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability
• Capability to lift and move materials within the facility (up to 30 to50 lbs)
