Production Associate Outlaw Manufacturing Greentop, MO 63546 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly of cannabis bulk and finished good products ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Duties Assemble components using hands and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, state regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of all products during the manufacturing process to identify any defects or quality issues to ensure a high quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment within the facility and production rooms at all times. Follow all safety guidelines, state laws / regulations and procedures while operating. Skills Hight attention to detail. Experience working in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear instructions are followed. Ability to work in variable temperatures conditions. Ability to sit and or stand for long periods of time. Experience in MO cannabis manufacturing is a plus.
