Production Operator Position Available In Clay, Missouri

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Equipment Operator / Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate assigned equipment according to standard work instructions, maintain product quality, and ensure safety protocols are followed. This position is integral to maintaining our high standards for production, quality, and workplace safety. Shift Schedule•

C Shift:

Sunday and Monday:

5:15 PM•5:15 AM +

Saturday and Sunday:

5:15 AM•5:15 PM (

Note:

Sunday is a split shift covering both AM and PM hours.)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Equipment:

Follow standard work instructions to operate equipment efficiently and at the required production rate. Complete all related documentation accurately. +

Ensure Product Quality:

Monitor part quality throughout production; report any non-conforming parts immediately to Quality and leadership personnel. +

Maintain Equipment Safety:

Conduct routine safety inspections of assigned equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns immediately. +

Documentation Compliance:

Complete all required documentation for equipment operation, including safety, quality control, and product labeling. +

Support Continuous Improvement:

Recommend improvements to enhance products, processes, systems, productivity, and work environment. +

Team Collaboration:

Foster a cooperative work environment and keep supervisors informed of any issues or observations within the work area. +

Meet Production Goals:

Complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes and communicate promptly with leadership if delays or issues arise.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay Details:
