Overview We are seeking a Machine Operator – Roll Former to join our manufacturing team at our Saint Clair, Missouri, facility. This full-time position offers consistent hours and an opportunity to grow with a company that values family, tradition, an excellence. Responsibilities Operate roll forming machinery to produce high-quality gutter and gutter guard components Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety guidelines Document production metrics, including output and downtime Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Assist in routine maintenance of machinery and report issues as needed Operate an air stapler Skills Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to consistently lift up to 40 lbs and stand for 8 hours Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Must be willing to work effectively with a cohesive team and be an excellent team member A great attitude and desire to learn new skills What we offer: Competitive pay along with competitive merit raises $400 sign-on bonus Bonuses throughout the year Paid Time Off Paid Sick Time Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement after 90 days employment Company pays 100% of medical, dental, vision and life insurance premiums at eligibility for employees.
