Job Description:

As a Stainless Steel Grinder / Polisher, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the stringent standards of our clients. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in high-purity fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

Grind, polish, and finish stainless steel components to achieve sanitary and high-purity standards. Inspect finished surfaces to ensure compliance with specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with shop safety protocols. Collaborate with the fabrication team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a stainless steel grinder, polisher, or similar role in a fabrication shop. Familiarity with high-purity/sanitary fabrication for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor industries is a plus. Proficiency with grinding and polishing tools and techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
