Production Department Leaders As a Production Assistant, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly across all areas of Production. You won’t be tied to just one department. Instead, you’ll jump in wherever help is needed to support workflow, complete secondary tasks, and keep things moving. You’ll support several departments, including Print, Assembly, Quality Control, Packaging, and Shipping & Receiving. Your responsibilities will vary daily and could include prepping circuit boards or parts, assembling boxes, stocking supplies, assisting with inventory tasks, or helping out wherever the team needs it. This hands-on role suits someone who is organized, attentive, and comfortable switching between tasks throughout the day. No experience building pedals or working in Production? No worries! This is an entry-level position, and we’ll train you on everything you need to know. You don’t need to play guitar to be great at this job, either. What really matters is showing up with a positive attitude, being reliable, and ready to learn. Skills can be taught, but it’s your character that makes you stand out. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Clear communication skills and a team-focused attitude, with respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
